What happens during an orientation swim?
Orientation swims last 30 minutes in the pool and up to 30 minutes in the bath/drying area. Staff will fit your dog with a provided lifejacket, play with your dog on the deck to build excitement, and teach your dog to exit the pool via the ramp. You arrive 15 minutes early to meet the staff and acclimate your dog to the facility.
