Frequently asked questions
What vaccinations and health requirements does my dog need for boarding or daycare?
Your dog must have current proof of Bordetella, Parvovirus & Distemper, and Rabies vaccinations. Puppies must have all three distemper boosters. Dogs must be on a regular flea and tick prevention program such as Frontline, Advantage, or a Seresto Collar. Dogs over seven months must be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare.
Can I watch my dog while they're at daycare?
Yes, all daycare rooms are equipped with cameras so you can view your dog from your phone or computer through your location's page.
What should I bring for my dog's boarding stay?
We recommend bringing your dog's food from home in individually portioned containers or bags with feeding instructions written on them to avoid digestive upset. If you don't provide food, your dog will be fed our house kibble at no additional cost. You can also provide medications (pills, ointments, etc.) with instructions at drop-off, and we'll administer them on a case-by-case basis.
