A full groom includes a blueberry facial, double shampooing with a hydro-massaging system, deep conditioner or hot oil treatment, teeth brushing, ear cleaning and plucking, anal gland expression, hand blow-dry, nail dremeling, full body haircut, and a bow or bandana. All services are done straight through with minimal interruptions.
What is the difference between a tidy-up and a full groom?
A tidy-up (or mini groom) includes all bath services plus neatening of the face, feet, and rear while leaving the coat length intact. A full groom includes everything in a tidy-up plus a full body haircut.
How long does a grooming appointment typically take?
Most pets are completed in 1–2 hours. Paws and Relax uses an express grooming approach, so your pet does not wait around while other clients' pets are being groomed. Early drop-offs or late pick-ups can normally be arranged with prior notice.
