Monday–Friday hours are 7:30–9:00am, 11:00am–12:00pm, and 4:00–5:00pm. Saturday drop-off/pick-up is 7:30–9:00am only, and Sunday is 5:00–6:00pm only. The facility is closed to the public outside these hours.
What is the cancellation policy?
Daycamp reservations require 24-hour notice for cancellation. Boarding reservations require 72-hour notice, or 7-day notice if the stay includes a holiday or weekend with a holiday. Without proper notice, you will be charged for the reservation.
Is there a deposit required for first-time stays?
Yes, a $50 deposit per pet is required for first-time boarding reservations and is collected when making the reservation.
