What are your daycare and boarding hours?
Daycare and boarding are open Monday-Saturday, 7am-6pm. The facility is closed on major holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). If you need to pick up after 5:45pm, call ahead to arrange boarding or other arrangements.
What is required before my dog can start daycare?
Your dog must complete a First Day Assessment, which costs $25. During this assessment, our trained staff will introduce your dog to calm, non-aggressive dogs one or two at a time to evaluate their comfort with daycare. Have your dog's vaccination records ready when you call 360-866-7290 to schedule.
Do you accept dogs that aren't spayed or neutered?
Yes, we accept dogs that have not been spayed or neutered, though we highly recommend spaying and neutering. We recommend discussing this with your veterinarian, as it supports longer, healthier lives and improves success in group play by reducing hormone-driven behaviors.
