What are your daycare and boarding hours?
Daycare hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Boarding drop-off is Monday–Friday 7:30 am–12:00 pm and 1:00 pm–5:00 pm, and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 am–12:00 pm and 1:00 pm–4:00 pm. Pick-up must occur by noon to avoid additional fees. Early drop-off is available Monday–Friday 6:30 am to 7:30 am and Saturday–Sunday 7:00 am to 8:00 am.
What do I need to do before my dog can stay overnight?
All new dogs must complete a free evaluation day of daycare before any overnight boarding or regular attendance. During this evaluation, our staff observes your dog's personality, preferred activities, and energy level to ensure they are comfortable in our environment. You'll need to review our requirements and create an online account before scheduling the evaluation.
What grooming services do you offer?
We offer full haircuts ($70–$210) and partial haircuts ($55–$195), both including premium bath and brush with hypoallergenic or oatmeal-based shampoo and conditioner, blow out, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Grooming pricing is based on size and coat type. Our full-service groomer is available Sundays.
