Choosing dog boarding in Chicago
Boarding facilities like Irving Bark house your dog overnight — anything from a standard kennel run to a private suite — while daycare covers daytime-only care with supervised play. Rates are usually per night for boarding and per day for daycare, and most facilities require proof of vaccination, so have records ready when you book.
Expect to pay from $80 per night here ($50 per daycare visit, $80 per night boarding; $50 surcharge for puppies); call ahead to confirm current rates, drop-off windows, and availability. Irving Bark matches a IL state license record — licensing confirms registration with the state, not a rating.
We sourced Irving Barkfrom open mapping data, confirmed it's a genuine boarding or daycare facility (not a groomer, shelter, or in-home sitter), and re-check Chicagolistings every month. Anything we can't verify is marked “call to confirm” rather than guessed — if you spot something out of date, let us know.
