Frequently asked questions

What are the boarding rates at The Dawg House?

Boarding rates are $35/night for Kennels (4ft x 6ft with drop-down cot), $40/night for Themed Suites (6ft x 6ft with private play area), and $45/night for Master En Suites (7ft x 6ft with private doggy door to outside play area). Each additional dog costs $25–$35/night depending on room type. Full payment is due at drop-off.

What vaccinations are required for boarding?

The Dawg House requires DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus), Bordetella/Kennel Cough, and Rabies. Vaccination records must be submitted as a hard copy at least 1 week prior to boarding, or emailed to dawghousemarion@gmail.com. If vaccinations are expired, the facility will not board until 2 weeks after new vaccines are administered.

What should I bring when dropping off my dog?

Bring your dog's favorite toys (maximum 2), one blanket per dog, treats, and bagged dog food portioned per meal for the stay. The Dawg House has dog food on site, but a sudden diet change may cause digestive issues.
