What vaccinations and documents do I need to bring?
Dogs must have current DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations. Cats must have current Rabies, Feline Leukemia, and Distemper vaccinations. All pets require proof of current veterinarian-administered vaccinations. Out-of-state dogs need a health certificate from their veterinarian. Bring vaccination records, emergency contact information, and any medications with instructions.
What are the drop-off and pick-up hours?
Monday–Friday: 9am–12pm and 5pm–7pm. Saturday: 9am–12pm and 4pm–6pm. Sunday: 4pm–6pm. The facility is closed for drop-off/pick-up on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Check-out is 12 noon; no charge applies if your pet is picked up before noon on the departure day.
