Frequently asked questions
What vaccinations and health requirements does my dog need for boarding or daycare?
Your dog must have current proof of Bordetella, Parvovirus & Distemper, and Rabies vaccinations. Puppies must have all three distemper boosters. Your dog must also be on a regular flea and tick prevention program such as Frontline, Advantage, or a Seresto Collar. Dogs over seven months must be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare.
Can I watch my dog while they're at daycare?
Yes. All daycare rooms are equipped with cameras. You can watch your dog on your smartphone by downloading The Dog Stop app, or view the cameras on your computer through the facility's website.
What happens if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?
During your dog's first day and/or first overnight stay, staff will evaluate your dog's interactions with other guests. If your dog isn't an appropriate fit for group daycare, they will be separated from other dogs for the remainder of their stay and receive regular one-on-one staff time, potty breaks, and play sessions.
