What are your hours and how do I pick up my dog?
Charleston Pet Resort is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30am–6pm; Wednesday and Saturday from 8:30am–1pm; and Sunday from 4pm–5pm. Curbside pickup is available during these hours, and after-hours pickup can be arranged by appointment.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHLP, and Bordetella vaccinations. A flu vaccine is recommended. You must bring proof of vaccinations with you, or you can fax records to 763-2249 or email info@charlestonpetresort.com.
What should I bring for my dog's stay?
You may bring one toy from home along with items that smell like home to help your dog feel comfortable. The resort supplies beds, blankets, and toys. You can also bring your dog's food in zip-lock bags, divided into meal servings if preferred.
