Frequently asked questions
What vaccinations and health requirements does my dog need?
Before boarding or daycare, your dog must have current proof of Bordetella, Parvovirus & Distemper, and Rabies vaccinations. Puppies must have all three distemper boosters. Your dog must also be on a regular flea and tick prevention program such as Frontline, Advantage, or a Seresto Collar. Dogs over seven months must be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare.
Can I watch my dog during daycare?
Yes, all daycare rooms are equipped with cameras. You can view live footage through The Dog Stop app on your phone (available on Google Play Store and App Store) or through your location's page on a computer.
What should I bring for boarding?
We recommend bringing your dog's regular food from home in individually portioned containers or bags with feeding instructions written on them. This helps prevent digestive upset. If you don't provide food, your dog will be fed house kibble for an additional $1.50 per meal. You can also bring medications—we administer oral and topical medications, though not injectable ones.
