What is the check-in and check-out process?
Check-in should be at least one hour before closing, and boarding charges begin on the day of check-in regardless of time. Check-out is by 12 noon Monday-Saturday with no charge if completed by noon; after 12 noon you'll be charged for the next night. Sunday pick-ups incur a full day's charge.
What is required to book a reservation?
A non-refundable deposit for one night is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit and 50% of total fees. For peak times, changes or cancellations within two weeks of your departure date result in full forfeiture of fees.
